Huge Living Space
When comparing the living space to the upper units, these two bedroom ground floor units are substantially larger even though the square footages are similar.
The first photo was taken from the foyer and the second was taken from the front of the breakfast counter

Kitchen and Dining areas
You can eat off the floor in this kitchen.
All the kitchen appliances appear to be fairly new and are most definitely not the original ones that came with the unit.
The dining area can easily accommodate a much larger table and chairs.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom has a walkout to it's own patio, an ensuite and can easily accommodate a king sized bed along with dressers and a chest of drawers.
Second bedroom currently being used as a sitting room but is definitely large enough to accommodate a couple of bunk bed sets.

The Views
First shot was taken from the patio area off the dining room and the second was taken about 5 feet from the edge of the patio.
The third and fourth shots were taken from the walking path that leads to the former beach area and the rest of the shoreline at Ruperts Landing.
